Custom moulded insoles

– while you wait

Tired, sore or aching feet can be really frustrating and impact on your wellbeing. A number of factors including our jobs, leisure activities or even the shoes you wear can cause these problems. At Stepthotix, we strive to keep your feet happy so you can enjoy the activities you love.

Understanding that not everybody needs medical grade orthotics we offer Sidas Custom Insoles – a more effective solution than over-the-counter insoles, providing a perfect balance of stability and comfort. Sidas Insoles are affordable, effective insoles fully personalised to your feet, and great for mild to moderate foot discomfort.

The Stepthotix approach

Every Assessment will include four key components:

1. Static Posture Assessment

A basic biomechanics examination of your feet and observation of your standing foot posture will be performed.

This will be followed by a detailed discussion about the discomfort you may be experiencing, such as the pattern and intensity, and the selection of the best insoles to match the treatment objectives.

2. Corrective Re-alignment

Your feet will be placed onto the Sidas HD Silicon Vacuum bags filled with microballs, allowing direct capture of the corrected position of your feet.

Our orthotist will manipulate your feet into their optimal alignment to ensure the finished insoles improve pressure distribution and comfort

3. Heat Moulding

Your selected insoles will be heated and thermoformed to your feet, creating a 100% custom product specifically for you.

A final trimming will ensure their finished insoles fit perfectly into the footwear you bring with you.

4. Instant Supply

Your custom moulded insoles will be ready for you to wear away at the end of your appointment.
